Fruit salad is delicious--but have you ever noticed how everyone picks around the melon and orange slices to find the good stuff like strawberries and watermelon? We took a cue from our friends at Pip & Ebby and decided to go with a more monochromatic salad this year. And our guests loved it. Here’s what you do.
What you need: Raspberries, strawberries, cherries, watermelon, pomegranate, grapefruit, red grapes--basically all of your favorite red and pink fruits.
What you do: Wash 'em all, then prep your salad like you normally would. (Pit the strawberries, halve the red grapes, remove the seeds from the pomegranate, etc.) Once all the fruit is prepped, assemble it in a bowl and serve.
No fruit left behind. Seriously, your guests will eat every last piece. Right after they Instagram their bowl, of course.
