This Overnight Peach French Toast Is the Perfect Breakfast in Bed

Psst. Mom. You deserve breakfast in bed this weekend. So it's time to start dropping hints: just leave this recipe in the kitchen. They'll figure it out.

What You Need:
- 8 eggs
- 1½ cups milk
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 loaf whole grain bread, cubed
- 1 package frozen peaches
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream

Step 1: Whisk together the eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a large bowl.

Step 2: Pour about half the cubes of bread into a greased casserole dish. Add in frozen peach slices and cream cheese. Repeat so you have two layers of bread, peaches and cream cheese.

Step 3: Pour the egg mixture over the bread, coating the cubes evenly. Add the heavy cream. Top it off with a sprinkle of brown sugar, then refrigerate overnight.

Step 4: When you're ready to eat, preheat the oven to 325°F and bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
