Foodies (and well, anyone who likes to eat), take note: One of the country's hottest events dedicated to all things culinary—the Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One—descends on the city October 14 to 17. With a whopping 80 events over four days, it's NYC's biggest wine and food festival, bringing together chefs, TV personalities, mixologists and more, all in the name of fighting hunger with charity partners the Food Bank For New York City and God’s Love We Deliver.
Whether you're looking to meet your culinary hero, improve your kitchen game or just eat a lot of really, really good food, there's something for everyone. Here are the tastings, meals and late-night parties we're adding to our calendar.
Blue Moon Burger Bash
Join award-winning TV host and author Rachael Ray for an epic showdown as a panel of celebrity judges decide which patty reigns supreme. Sample over 25 of the city’s top burger offerings, plus beer, wine and desserts. October 14 at 7 p.m.
Top pitmasters converge for this cookout, hosted by James Beard Award-winning chef and host of Bizarre Foods, Andrew Zimmern. Feast on brisket, pulled pork and other slow-smoked fare along with sides, desserts and drinks on the Hudson River waterfront. October 17 at 4 p.m.
Asian Night Market
Don’t worry about that missed trip to Thailand, because we’ve got the next best thing—NCYWFF’s first-ever Asian Street Market. Join celebrity chef Jet Tila and Emmy-nominated host Molly Yeh at this bustling event where you can tuck into sushi, pad Thai, crispy egg rolls and more.

GOLDBELLY’S BEST OF NEW YORK
Everyone knows that NYC has the best food on the planet, but it’s not every night you get to sample all of the city’s finest dishes under the stars. Tuck into cheesy pizza, loaded heroes, savory dumplings, artisan donuts and more at this foodie party hosted by Goldbelly founder Joe Ariel and DJed by hip-hop icon Rev Run. October 16 at 7 p.m.
Battle of the Boroughs: A Cocktail Showdown
Drinks are the main event at this late-night party, hosted by TV personality Ana Navarro and one of Miami’s top mixologists, Gio Gutierrez. Indulge in tasty libations and delicious small bites, all while dancing the night away to live music. October 16 at 10 p.m.
Fratelli Beretta’s Taste of Italy
You’re going to want to wear your stretchy pants for this one, because it’s all about the carbs at this Italian festa hosted by radio show host Elvis Duran and the Morning Show crew. Just remember to leave some space after all that pizza and pasta for dessert. Buon appetito! October 15 at 7 p.m.
