Yes, boozy winter brunch can be just as fun as its summer counterpart, and this delicious cocktail is here to prove it. Introducing the New Year’s Sunrise, a cold-weather twist on the old favorite. 

What You Need:
 - 1 ounce St. Germain
 - 2 ounces grapefruit juice
 - Champagne or sparkling wine
 - a sprig of thyme for garnish

Step 1: In a tall glass combine the St. Germain and grapefruit juice.

Step 2: Top it off with Champagne and garnish with a spring of thyme.
