1 lb. salmon fillet
1 lb. flank steak
8 shallots

5 medium or large sweet potatoes
4 cups arugula
2 large handfuls of greens such as bok choy, spinach or chard
½ lb. green beans
1 red pepper
1 zucchini
12 apricots

1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 chunk of ginger
1 can lentils
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup pesto
½ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup heavy cream
13.5 oz can of coconut milk
2 tablespoons tahini
1 lb. orecchiette
1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
¾ cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons dry sherry
