The 33-year-old actress told Hello! India that she typically starts her day with porridge, then follows up with “an immunity-boosting smoothie.” She also told Emirates Woman back in 2019 that she likes her porridge with blackberries and usually leans towards a “green machine” smoothie, starring kale and apple.
This take on her morning smoothie first calls for kale, which is blended with apple juice and water until totally smooth. The recipe then calls for banana, frozen blueberries and a touch of maple syrup (although you could use honey or agave instead, if you’d prefer). You can also spruce it up with a scoop of protein powder (perhaps vanilla?) to make the smoothie more filling.
