Making an impressive holiday dessert doesn’t have to mean spending hours piping buttercream rosettes onto a gingerbread cake or braiding piecrust all afternoon. This super-easy marbled chocolate bark recipe doesn’t even require baking, and it's just as much fun to make as it is to eat.
What You Need:
- 2 pounds chocolate candy melts
- 1 pound white chocolate candy melts
- Dried raspberries
Step 1: Melt the chocolate and white chocolate candy melts in two separate bowls by either microwaving in small bursts or over hot water on the stove top.
Step 2: Pour the chocolate onto a lined sheet pan and use a knife or spatula to ensure it is spread evenly.
Step 3: Use a spoon to drizzle the white chocolate on top of the chocolate spread. (The messier, the better.)
Step 4: Use a fork to drag the white chocolate throughout the chocolate sheet, creating a marble pattern.
Step 5: Sprinkle with dried raspberries and pistachios to add some color before stowing the sheet pan in the freezer for one hour. (Pro tip: Push your garnishes very slightly into the chocolate to ensure they stay incorporated when you start breaking the bark.)
Step 6: Break the marbled chocolate bark into snack-size pieces and enjoy.
