What you need: Your Champagne of choice (might we suggest a brut--or Prosecco, if you prefer a sweeter taste) and a can of pineapple juice (the real, 100 percent juice stuff).
What you do: Pour some bubbly into a flute until it’s about 1/3 full. Top it off with pineapple juice and give it a good stir. Garnish the rim with a wedge of fresh pineapple if you’re feeling fancy and sip away.
