What you’ll need: HERSHEY’S KISSES chocolates, frosting (tinted with green food coloring), a piping bag, red and green fondant, leaf-shaped cookie cutters and your favorite cupcakes
Step 1: Grab a plate and assemble the unfrosted cupcakes in a circle, leaving a space in the middle.
