The Lazy Girl Way to Grill Kebabs

Kebabs are already one of the easiest things you can make on the grill—not to mention the most delicious. But there’s an even simpler way to get the job done: lose the sticks.

We know, we know—is a kebab even a kebab without a skewer? We’re not technically sure. But flavor-wise? 100 percent. So if you don’t have time to spear every piece of chicken (or you simply forgot to buy skewers), try this method instead. 

What you need: A disposable sheet pan, your marinated veggies and/or meat (cut and cubed) and a spatula.

What you do: Spread the veggies and meat evenly in the sheet pan and plop it on the grill. After about 10 minutes (depending on your grill and what you’re cooking), grab your spatula to flip the ingredients over. After another 10 minutes or so, remove the pan from the grill, transfer to a gigantic bowl and serve family-style. 

The clean up: Did we mention you don’t need to scrape the grill?
