So far our summer has run on watermelon and Champagne ice cubes. Which made us wonder: What else can we cube? That’s when we stumbled upon the delightful blog Sugar and Charm, where we found these beautiful floral ice cubes, which will factor heavily into the rest of our summer entertaining plans. Here’s how you make them.
What you need: An ice cube tray and edible flowers (like any of these).
What you do: Drop a few petals into each cube of the ice cube tray, then fill to the top with water. After freezing solid, drop the cubes into water or seltzer or--our personal favorite--rosé.
