This Surprising (and Tasty) Food Can Protect Your Skin from Sun Damage
Twenty20

We’re all about lazy beach weekends in the summer. But coming home with red, painful shoulders? Not so much. Usually we’d break out the aloe, but science says there’s a much tastier solution.

A study published by the National Institutes of Health suggests that probiotics, like the ones in yogurt and some frozen yogurts, might help protect skin from sun damage. Yogurt is also a popular home remedy that may help reduce the healing time of a sunburn.
