We love decadent pumpkin, pecan and apple pies. But sometimes we just want something a little lighter to cleanse our palates post-meal, and this super-easy recipe should do just the trick.

What You Need:
 - 6 ounces whole cranberries
 - ½ cup sugar
 - 2 cups water
 - Lime zest

Step 1: Add the cranberries, sugar and water to a large pot and simmer over medium heat until the berries pop.

Step 2: Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

Step 3: Strain over a large bowl and add the lime zest and stir.

Step 4: Pour into a 9-by-13-inch pan and stick in the freezer until solid.

Step 5: Use a fork to grate the frozen mixture, scoop into a glass and enjoy!
