This darling Park Cities hangout has quickly become the new casual, cool new hot spot. Junction Craft Kitchen
Hankering for Southern staples like fried tomatoes or shrimp and grits but your dining partner is craving Asian flavors like miso pork belly? At this aptly named locale, both cuisines live in harmony on one awesome menu. We recommend the shrimp and octopus agua chile ceviche and small plate poached carrot to start (it’s far more exciting than it sounds).

The Mansion Bar
OK, fine, The Mansion Bar is anything but new. But when there is a recently launched happy hour with longer hours, live music and fresh cocktails, we have to tell you about it. We can’t wait to sip on the Singapore Sling (Damrak gin, sling biz, bitters, pineapple) and the Shrub You the Right Way (Maker’s Mark, peach shrub, crème de noyaux, ginger beer). Plus, they’re serving Krug Grand Cuvée by the glass. New, happier hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Day made.
