We’ve scoured the market to uncover what foods and drinks are worth a closer look, from Cheesecake Factory’s new ice cream bars to a TikTok-trendy take on coffee salt (which, yes, is a thing). Here’s what to look out for this season.

What’s New at Trader Joe’s This March? Ketchup Seasoning, Strawberries & Cream Gelato & More

1. Pillsbury Baking Coffee & Caramel Latte Frosting

Looking for a new twist on your partner’s birthday cake? And maybe a shortcut, since you’ve got enough to plan for the big soiree? Look no further. Pillsbury’s latest premade frostings include Coffee—a coffee and cream flavor, which the brand recommends pairing with chocolate cake—and Caramel Latte, which might remind you of a certain Frappuccino, thanks to its espresso and sweet, butterscotch-y notes. Find them in grocery stores starting this month.

2. Milton’s Grilled Chicken & Garlic Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Note: A preschooler who snubs even the tiniest hint of basil on her pizza devours Milton’s cauliflower crust pies without hesitation. Its latest riff, hitting Costco stores this spring, is sure to be a crowd-pleaser: It’s topped with grilled chicken and garlic. If you can’t get your hands on this flavor, reach for the uncured pepperoni—its savory and salty notes liven up the mellow-yet-crisp cauli crust.

Halo Top

3. Halo Top Brownie & Cookie Mixes

You know Halo Top for its lower-calorie, higher-protein ice cream; now, the company is expanding into baking mixes, which they say have one-third of the calories of the competition. Keep an eye out for fudge brownie and peanut butter chocolate chip cookie mixes at Walmart and Kroger.

Pepsi x Peeps

4. Pepsi x Peeps Soda

Ever sipped a Pepsi and thought, gee, I wish this were sweeter? No? Well, the universe has gone all Steve Jobs on you and is giving you what you didn’t know you’d want, with the release of Peeps marshmallow-flavored soda. It’s just the Easter basket addition to get everyone talking, though apparently you can’t legally call it Peepsi (bummer).

Cheesecake Factory

5. Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake Ice Cream Bars

Cheesecake Factory stans, a whole new temptation faces you, and you don’t even have to sift through CF’s 298-page menu to find it: cheesecake-flavored ice cream bars. As if that weren’t enough, they’re covered in a milk chocolate, crunchy cookie coating to really take things to the next level.

Sam's Club

6. Girl Scouts Thin Mints Seasoning Blend

You don’t have to wait until Girl Scout cookie-selling season to get that chocolate-mint flavor…and add it to everything. This mix, found at Sam’s Club, is designed to be mixed into brownies, cupcakes and cookies, but it can also be used atop yogurt, oatmeal and ice cream. (As hardcore salty sweet fans, we’re envisioning sprinkling it on our next batch of popcorn.)

7. Olipop Lemon Lime Soda

Olipop’s root beer has quickly become a best-seller, and now the brand is turning its focus to a new flavor: lemon lime. Watch the throne, Sprite—the soda bills itself as tasting like “key lime pie with a fresh squeeze of lemon,”

Chamberlain Coffee x OSMO

8. OSMO x Chamberlain Coffee Salt

First people put butter in coffee, now salt? The TikTok trend has actually been around for ages, with people sprinkling a tiny bit of salt into their java to reduce bitterness. Chamberlain Coffee teamed up with OSMO Salt to release three flavored salts designed for your morning brew: hazelnut, caramel and cinnamon bun. Use it sparingly—a little goes a long way—but it also works wonders for adding a little flavor to your coffee while calming down a harsh brew.

9. Blueberry Almond Shortbread Granola

You could make your own granola from scratch, but that requires turning on an oven and all that. Target’s latest riff features a seasonal spin on the yogurt parfait staple, with freeze-dried blueberries, almond slivers and oat clusters seasoned to taste like shortbread cookies.

Forager Project

10. Forager Project Honey Alternative Cashewmilk Yogurt

If you love the taste of honey but are trying to adhere to a vegan lifestyle, check out this cashewmilk-based yogurt. What it lacks in the tang of traditional yogurt, it makes up for with its creamy consistency, and bee-free take on honey flavoring. It’s mellow, yet it’s still packed with probiotics (namely, S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus, L. Acidophilus, Bifidus, L. Lactis and L. Plantarum).

11. Oreo Mint Frozen Dairy Dessert

Jeni’s and Ted Lasso aren’t the only ones introducing a new take on cookie-studded ice cream; Oreo is expanding its lineup of frozen treats with this creamy, mint variety. (As you might have guessed, it’s swirled with crumbled bits of the classic sandwich cookie.)

Michael Angelo's

12. Michael Angelo’s Marinara

Your go-to frozen eggplant parm brand is now offering jarred sauces in four varieties: marinara, tomato basil, roasted garlic and spicy marinara. Each jar clocks in at under $5, and they’re only sold at Walmart. Just don’t tell nonna you’ve found a shortcut for your Sunday gravy routine.

13. Sundays Creme Cookies

We know, we know—cookies with zero grams of sugar, 1 gram of net carbs and 7 grams of protein per serving sounds like a recipe for gastronomic sawdust. But, after trying them firsthand, we can honestly say: There really is no chemical aftertaste, and the chocolate-to-crème-filling ratio is solid. It’s a little drier than your typical cookie, but we didn’t feel like we were missing out.

14. Ben & Jerry’s Mousse Pie Ice Cream

Have your pie and a la mode it, too. Ben & Jerry’s latest flavor is for serious chocoholics: We’re talking milk chocolate ice cream swirled with chocolate mousse and chocolate cookie bits. It’ll remind you of a trip to the diner, minus the greasy spoon and weak coffee part.

15. Reese’s Dipped Animal Crackers

Your fave childhood snack just got a glow-up: animal crackers covered in a milk chocolate and peanut butter candy coating. They’re the unexpected Easter basket addition your kids will rave about long after the bag is empty.
