I came home last night after 10 days of being away. I am about to take on several big new projects, so a proper recharge and reset was in order. I feel a new energy and a new excitement about these next few months. That being said I need all of the healthy foods to counter balance the obscene amount of guacamole and chips and tacos I consumed in the last week. And margaritas.... let?s not forget those. Here is recipe for the dressing. Get after it honey! 1 avocado ¼ cup flat leaf parsley ¼ cup basil leaves 1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon leaves 1 garlic clove 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon honey ¼ cup champagne vinegar 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice lots of cracked pepper add a touch of water to thin out of necessary Blend until smooth.
