We’ve finally kicked our addiction to Chipotle (one day at a time, people), and it’s all thanks to this new bowl bursting with Indian flavors. Try the “not rice,” (some sort of tasty wizardry made from shredded cauliflower and Brussels sprouts) and top it with hormone- and antibiotic-free chicken, roasted cauliflower, mint, cucumber, tomato and cilantro. Fake rice never tasted so good.
