Bom Bolla serves eight cavas by the glass--ranging from the crisp and classic Avinyo Brut ($8) to the deep pink Castell d?Age Rosat Brut ($9)--and 28 by the bottle. Spanish spirits round out the menu, from sherry and wine to vermouth, which you can order on tap by the glass ($6).
The place looks like a hip Barcelona spot--grab a seat at the U-shaped bar to get a better look inside the refrigerated glass cases filled with Spanish cheeses, cured meats and boquerones (white anchovies).
