Rachel Paul was not your average sophomore: Overwhelmed, confused by calorie counts and managing her food needs on a student's budget, Rachel launched The College Nutritionist as a means of helping other undergrads facing similar struggles. Now a full-time Dietitian Nutritionist (and blogger), Rachel devotes her time to providing resources—most notably easy, healthy meal plans—to young adults across the globe. "My nutrition mantra is intuitive and practical," she says, "listen to your body, eat the foods you love, and incorporate health along the way!"
Fun fact: Rachel has won multiple eating contests: one for bagels and one for pie. (Respect).
