The Turkey Tastes Great, But The Gravy Is Kind Of Bland

You drizzle it liberally on your turkey…your mashed potatoes…hell, pretty much everything. So it’s bad news if the gravy turns out a little bland. We won’t go so far as to say it would ruin Thanksgiving…but whoa what if it ruined Thanksgiving?!!

Good thing we found a super-simple solution for salvaging a bad batch.

What you need: Soy sauce

What you do: While the gravy is simmering on the stove, slowly stir in small amounts of the soy sauce, mixing it in one teaspoon at a time to taste.

Why this works: The salty goodness of the condiment blends in nicely and gives the turkey juices used to whip up the gravy a little bit of extra kick.

So? Thanksgiving is saved!
