Day 1: CHICKEN STIR-FRY

“What’s for dinner?” can feel like the million-dollar question at the end of a long-ass day. But what if you could stretch the life of one simple, easy-to-make meal and turn it into four unique dinners that taste totally fresh. Here, three ideas to get you going.

Day 2

Serve it over noodles and add soy sauce and Sriracha for extra zip.

Day 3

Pick up some pita bread to make your own delicious stir-fry pockets.

Day 4

Serve beside a bed of spinach for a protein-packed salad night.


Day 1: CHILI

This recipe is best served with a huge dollop of sour cream.

Day 2

Reheat the chili, but swap the sour cream for a poached (or sunny-side up) egg.

Day 3

Whip up chili burritos--all you need is rice and tortillas.

Day 4
