The Delicious Egg Hack You Need to Try

We showed you how to bake eggs in a muffin tin and how to hard-boil them in the oven. Now we think you’re ready for the next step…eggs baked in parchment paper.

What do I need? A 12-inch x 14-inch sheet of parchment paper, two eggs and your favorite egg accompaniments (cheese, bacon, potato, tomato, etc.).

What do I do? Cut the sheet into the shape of a heart. On half of the heart, arrange your veggies and fixins’ so they form a little pocket. Then crack the eggs into the pocket. Fold the other side of the heart over and twist the edges until the whole thing is airtight.

And then? After preheating your oven to 350ºF, bake the parchment paper concoction for 30 minutes. Voilà--a savory, delicious and perfectly cooked breakfast bake.
