Selena Gomez Turned Heads in Red Floral Gown at 2023 VMAs

Selena Gomez’s fans (aka Selenators) are finding it hard to calm down after watching the “Single Soon” singer, 31, walk the 2023 MTV VMAs pink carpet wearing a steamy red ensemble.

Per People, the Only Murders in the Building star turned heads in an extravagant red Oscar de la Renta gown with floral detailing. The dress featured a plunging neckline and spaghetti straps that resembled flowers on vines.

She paired the stunning ensemble with red open-toed shoes and silver earrings that looked like rose petals. The former Disney Channel star went with a soft glam makeup look for the event, sporting a red smoky eye and a pinkish-nude lip.

During the awards show, Gomez walked onstage to accept the award for Best Afrobeats alongside Rema. The Nigerian singer won the award for his collaboration with Gomez on the remix of “Calm Down.”

During his speech, Rema thanked his fans and family for their support, along with Gomez for being a part of the project. The Wizards of Waverly Place alum further celebrated their win by sharing a sweet snap of the twosome on her IG Story.

At one point during the event, Gomez had a mini-reunion with her dear friend, Taylor Swift. The BFFs had a chance to catch up and snap a quick pic together at the awards ceremony.
