Champagne Makes Shopping Better

Remember when shopping was a glamorous outing with your chic bestie or attentive auntie? No? Well, it can be—when you visit the newly remodeled Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills.

Two years of renovations have yielded a major, Instagram-ready facelift. You'll stride in on cream-colored floors to peruse what seems like acres of shoes and bags. (FYI: This is the only place in Los Angeles where you can purchase Goyard accessories.) Upstairs, you'll find newly added lines including Christian Dior, Dries Van Noten, Balenciaga and Saint Laurent, as well as an entire store-within-a-store devoted to Dolce & Gabbana.

In case you get parched, there's a Champagne bar. If your energy flags, there's a new Matthew Kenney healthy-food restaurant as well as the ladies-luncheon institution Mariposa, right next to the expanded floor of beauty products. (That's where in-the-know Angelenos like to go for predinner touch-ups from the skilled staff.)

Because know this—Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills gives a good makeover.
