Katie Holmes, 44, always inspires us with her unique sense of style, from her love of cream knits to her oft-impressive shoe game. And while we frequently look to her to find the hottest new wardrobe staples, it appears Holmes may be looking to the royals for her own closet inspiration.
On Monday, August 14, the Dawson's Creek actress was spotted in the Theo strapless dress from Posse ($239), the same dress that Meghan Markle, 42, wore for a dinner less than two weeks prior.
Holmes was spotted wearing the two-toned, black-and-white dress while taking a walk through New York City, as seen in photos courtesy of Page Six, here.
The brand, which Vogue declared might be “the coolest brand on Instagram,” is clearly a favorite of Markle's as well. On Wednesday, August 2, the Duchess of Sussex went out for an early bday din at Tre Lune restaurant in Montecito, alongside her hubby, Prince Harry, 38. For her night out on the town, Markle was seen wearing the same French-inspired design.

Despite two high-profile stars being spotted in it, the tube dress is not for sale quite yet. However, you can preorder the Cruella de Vil-inspired ensemble from the official Posse site, in sizes ranging from XXS to XL. The site says the item should dispatch in late October.
In a description from Posse, they write, “The Theo Dress has a strapless silhouette that’s both elegant and timeless. It’s patterned with classic bone and black stripes and is designed for a close, figure-hugging fit.”

But if you prefer something a little more cozy for the coming fall months, the brand also offers a Theo long sleeve dress ($279) with the same pattern (also available for pre-order).
