Jennifer Lopez just stepped out in a flattering summer dress that—as it turns out—is actually a nightgown. Yes, you read that right.
Last week, the Marry Me star, 52, was spotted running errands by herself in Los Angeles. (Where art thou, Ben Affleck?) Based on the paparazzi photos, Lopez wore a white knee-length dress that featured a V-neckline.
While the white frilly dress looks like a coverup, it’s really a nightgown from Doen that she transformed into a dress, as People magazine points out. Unfortunately, the piece is currently sold out online, but there’s a similar version available at Banana Republic for $200.
J.Lo accessorized the look with Celine sunglasses, Gucci espadrille wedges and layered necklaces. Although her exact shoes are no longer available, there’s a similar Gucci pair that retails for $740. The singer styled her hair in a sleep bun and completed the look with a colorful purse by Christian Dior. The Medium Book Tote retails for the cool price of $3,700.
