Look alive, fashionistas: Ridley Scott’s highly anticipated film, House of Gucci, hit theaters last week… and we have thoughts.

If you have yet to see the movie—or you’re someone who prefers going for manicures over matinees—here’s what you need to know: it’s a biopic is based on Sara Gay Forden’s 2000 book, The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour and Greed, and follows the true, shocking story of Patrizia Reggiani’s murderous plot against her ex-husband Maurizio Gucci—the grandson of the company's founder, Guccio Gucci (played by Adam Driver). “Spanning three decades of love, betrayal, decadence, revenge and ultimately murder, we see what a name means, what it’s worth and how far a family will go for control,” according to MGM’s official synopsis.

Granted, there’s been a lot of conversation surrounding Lady Gaga’s performance as Patrizia (read: Lady Gaga is good in House of Gucci but she isn’t the best part). But it seems as if the film has also sparked a new internet phenomenon: dissecting every lavish look—in both fashion and home—seen on screen.

From jaw-dropping jewels, accessories and auctionable artwork to chunky knits and fitted après-ski attire, House of Gucci is chock-full of ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s staples—all of which are just as exhibitionistic as the Gucci family itself. And, unless you’ve been living under a rock, you already know that fresh takes on vintage and nostalgic design (aka Newstalgia) is *the trend* for 2022.

So, if you’re anything like us, you’re probably wondering: 1) where can we find, well, everything we saw on screen? And 2) which items are worth it? Read on for 10 of our favorite pieces from the film that you can actually buy. They're pricey, to be sure, and your S.O.—whose idea of 'fashion' = $5 clearance bin—may laugh at the thought of shelling four figures for a purse (!), but hey, we can dream, right? And if it's within your means, go for it.
