Nowhere else in the country do you need a sleeping bag for winter but also a coat for the weird, semi-warm, kind of cool, often rainy period of time between March and May. It’s not worth a big investment, because you’ll only wear it a handful of times. But it is worth having because the alternative is not too pleasant. (Puffer, we want to burn you.)
