Winter sounds bleak, until you add the words Cocktails of the Farmers Market after it.
Tomorrow night at the Ferry Building, CUESA is kicking off its quarterly series that brings together some of the Bay Area’s best bartenders to serve seasonal craft beverages. This time the cocktails feature the market’s bounty of citrus fruits: blood oranges, Eureka lemons, Marsh Ruby grapefruits, Bearss limes and pink pomelos among them. Drink slingers include Scott Baird of the new bar Trick Dog, Seth Laufman of Comstock Saloon and Fatima Wehidy and Lenny Gumm of Dosa.
As if that lineup weren’t enticing enough, your ticket ($50) also buys you unlimited bites from the recently formed Good Food Merchants Guild, which includes The Girl & the Fig, Inna Jam and Sonoma Chocolatiers.
