At the new Nantucket restaurant, chef Tom Berry pairs the nutty and pleasantly chewy farro with peppery arugula, salty feta cheese and the bright, clean flavors of lemon and parsley. The result is a complex grain salad that can be served alongside a grilled-salmon summer dinner or enjoyed on its own as a light weekend lunch.
