Or so we learned when we got our recipes editor to share her secret to making the best damn pumpkin soup known to humankind. (That’s the official name, in case you were wondering.)
All you have to do is scoop out the seeds (which you can snack on later), pour in some chicken stock and roast in the oven.
Voilà! The jack-o’-lantern you can eat with a spoon.
