Next you get glazed--that’s vanilla bean, chocolate, maple, lemon or strawberry. Finally, you opt for add-ons (powdered sugar, fresh fruit...bacon).

Head spinning from the pressure? Just scan the wall menu for one of the shop’s recipes, each named after a rock band in a nod to owner Mark Trombino’s record-producer background. We recommend Jets to Basil, a delightful interplay of sweet strawberry jam, tart goat cheese and fresh herbs.
