We put so much time and effort into our house?s curb appeal, so it?s only natural that we?d want to immortalize it. Now we can, thanks to artist Sadie Solomon.

The Santa Barbara-based Solomon?s quirky digital home portraits capture the sunny, casual and irreverent nature of living in southern California. Whether your digs are a cute bungalow, a modern two-story house or a traditional townhouse, the artist?s work captures each home?s special charm.

Ordering one is easy: Just email a photo to Solomon via her EmmieBean Etsy shop. In a week, she?ll draw and color your image, then mail you an 11-by-14-inch print on matte archival paper for the super-reasonable price of $50. (Additional prints are available for $10.)

We admire Solomon?s portraits of people, too--her style actually reminds us of slacker auteur Richard Linklater?s animated movies. And word to the early birds among us: Orders placed now will be delivered in time for holiday greeting cards.
