Why you need a Onesie jumpsuit
Sick of sweats? Fatigued by the same old hoodie? Need to stretch your weekend style beyond those stained, frayed yoga pants?
To the rescue: a wacky new look from Norway--the OnePiece.
Basically zip-front jumpsuits in supersoft fabric, these “onesies” (as they’re called) are the comfiest after-hours clothes since jammies. They come in dozens of designs, but most wearable is the original black unisex version ($129) and the patterned Marius design, which exudes groovy après-ski style.
The standard OnePiece is cut quite full, which means if you’re under 5’5”, it might be too much fabric. Be sure to visit the brand’s only U.S. concept store, here in Los Angeles on Robertson, to try on the alternate slim cut ($149). At 4’11”, Kristin Chenoweth totally pulls it off.
So long, sweats.
