Yoga on a paddleboard is so 2013.
This season, the hottest place to do your asanas is amidst the scenic Wölffer vines at one of the historic vineyard?s new outdoor yoga sessions.
Classes are offered nearly every day on the scenic gazebo (weather permitting) and range from alignment-based flows to sunset salutations ($25 per class or $100 for five classes; bring your own mat and water). And among the popular instructors is noted ?fitness guru? Lois Nesbitt.
After Downward Dogging, head to the Wölffer Estate Wine Stand to shop (or sip by the glass!) their selection of wines and just-released dry white and rosé ciders. You can also nosh on light crudités made from farm-fresh ingredients like peas, radishes, mushrooms, carrots and zucchini, all of which were grown in the estate's greenhouse.
It?s post-Chaturanga fuel that's certainly worth lingering around for.
