If you’ve ever stepped foot inside her Upper East Side studio, you know that “go big or go home” is Anna Kaiser’s motto.
So it’s no surprise to learn that she’s opening not one but three AKT in Motion pop-ups in the Hamptons this summer.
From South to East, the diminutive trainer, known for sculpting the bodies of Kelly Ripa and Sarah Jessica Parker, will have your workout needs covered with private sessions ($200 for 60 minutes) and group classes ($35 for 60 minutes; $45 for 90 minutes) that blend cardio, strength and flexibility training.
Expect barre mixed with hip-hop, yoga sequences punctuated by kickboxing moves, Pilates method gone jazz choreography--all in a circuit-training format that changes every two weeks so you never plateau.
The only thing that won’t fly? Coasting. This isn’t the place for reviewing your grocery list or even wearing a watch, and you certainly won’t be leaving class with your blowout intact. A friendly reminder: Wear cross-trainers with ample support. Toned but limping isn’t a look anyone wants.
