Brussels sprouts never looked--and tasted--so good.

Dee Lincoln knows a few things about how to sell a slab of beef.

Cofounder of the legendary Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House, the businesswoman has, um, steak-ed her claim on swankily served meat for most of her career.

That’s precisely why we love her new downscale-for-Uptown joint, Dee Lincoln Steak & Burger Bar.

We recently tucked in to a cowhide-colored leather banquette for a lunch of salads, burgers and a cheesesteak-esque beef tenderloin special and found ourselves happily taken with the comfy yet luxe ambience.

But the real revelation was the outstanding brussels sprouts, which are prominently featured in the beef tenderloin salad ($16). We loved the way the salty, crispy sprouts paired with the blue cheese crumbles and bacon vinaigrette.

We can’t wait to go back for dinner for miso-glazed salmon--with a side of those sprouts, of course.
