We?re total art buffs. Especially when it comes to the art of chocolate. That?s why we?re so excited about the new Boutique Chocolate, a pop-up in the Park Hyatt created by NoMI pastry chef Meg Galus.
For the past few months, Galus and her team have been sourcing rare and unique confections made in the United States, France, Switzerland and Belgium, ranging from a lollipop filled with salted caramel to a raspberry-and-caramelized-white-chocolate éclair.
You can shop the entire collection (wouldn?t Mom love a box of handcrafted bonbons or a personalized gift package?), but you have to get there quick: It?s open only through May 11.
