Not only are we hoping to clock some seriously swift times once running season picks up this spring, we also want to look great in the season?s flattering crop tops and streamlined jeans.

It?s time for a nutrition overhaul from Sweat on State.
The Gold Coast fitness studio?s next ?30-Day Reboot? session starts on April 10 (call to sign up through March 30), and the aim is to motivate participants to eat smarter with a combination of weekly classes and daily one-on-one coaching and educational support via email. (Program costs $125 a person.)

The first class is a primer on ?superfoods?--aka the ones with the most nutritional bang for your buck. (Did you know peanuts are great for your heart?) Later you?ll learn how to set goals for good eating, how to grocery shop more healthfully and how to find dietary supplements that are actually worth your while. (Expect to lose between six to 15 pounds over the course of the program, especially if you exercise three to five days per week.)
Honestly? You already know you should be picking kale over kettle chips. But there?s nothing like a little tough love for getting your head back in the game. ??
