We’re equally impressed with the number of events tied to beer, spirits, chocolate and coffee; sign up for a cocktail course (“Shake & Stir: N’awlins-Style” is $37) or beer seminar (we have our eye on “Wisconsin’s Brewing History,” $26).

Considering all the eating and drinking involved, it’s a good thing there’s also Kohler Waters Spa. We’re booking the “Bourbon on the Rocks” pedicure ($85), which entails a nectar-powder milk foot soak, a bourbon-bubbler scented scrub and a honey-glaze mask. Even the spa treatments sound delicious.
