So, what is Too Hot to Handle about? Each season features ten single contestants who travel to a tropical paradise in the hopes of winning the grand prize of $100,000. Unlike other dating shows (like Love Is Blind and Love Island), there’s one small catch: In order to win, they must keep their hands to themselves. This means that any kissing, holding and “heavy petting” results in a monetary deduction.
Season two is nearly identical to the first, though it features a new location and contestants. Of course, the cheeky narrator is returning for more backhanded compliments, along with the show’s digital host: Lana. (#Bless)
Brandon Riggs (vice president of unscripted and documentary series at Netflix) previously teased the new episodes during an interview with Deadline. “We can’t wait for our members to see what’s in store in their second seasons,” he said. “We’ve added new twists and surprises to keep the games fresh—and all new players that we think fans will love rooting for.”
Lana, show ’em how it’s done.
