The ‘Stranger Things’ Season 4 Teaser Has Finally Dropped With a Sneak Peek at Eleven's New Life

The team behind Stranger Things keeps getting us more amped for season 4. Netflix just released another teaser for the forthcoming season, and this time around, we get a closer look into Eleven's (played by Millie Bobby Brown) new life.

Eleven narrates the clip by reading a letter she wrote to Mike (Finn Wolfhard). “Dear Mike, today is day 185,” she says. “I think I have finally adapted. I even like school now. I have made lots of friends.”

But as she reads the letter aloud, we can see that everything she says is not entirely true. She admits to Mike, “Even so, I am ready for spring break. Mostly because I get to see you. We will have the best spring break ever.”

And from there, things get a lot more intense.

We've learned that the stakes are going to be a lot higher in season 4. Executive producer Shawn Levy told Digital Spy the season will be, “visually and narratively very ambitious, much more ambitious than the prior three seasons. It also happens to be the season that we chose to go much bigger.”

However, while the show gets more ambitious, we can expect all of our favorites to return alongside Brown and Wolfhard, including Winona Ryder (Joyce Byers), Matthew Modine (Martin Brenner), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin Henderson), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas Sinclair), Noah Schnapp (Will Byers), Charlie Heaton (Jonathan Byers) Natalia Dyer (Nancy Wheeler) and in a surprise twist, David Harbour (Jim Hopper).

This clip is just the latest in a series of teasers that Netflix has released to help get fans excited for season 4. Back in August, the streaming service dropped a different video that showed the kids facing a new villain.

Although a release date has not been set for season 4, we can expect the science fiction series to return in 2022. We will be anxiously awaiting its return.
