Patton Oswalt is giving David Attenborough a run for his money with this all-new nature series.

Netflix just dropped the first official trailer for the Oswalt-narrated show, Penguin Town. The eight-episode documentary follows a group of African penguins as they search for mates, food and shelter.

In the trailer, we’re introduced to the penguins, who are now considered an endangered species. The docuseries follows the animals as they fight to survive on the shores of Cape Town. The birds face multiple real-life obstacles, like struggling to provide for the kiddos and feeling pressured to couple up.

Some moments—like the “troublesome ‘Car Park Gang’”—will have you smiling at the ridiculousness, while others will have you far too invested in the future of the newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. C.

According to the show’s official synopsis, “Every summer, these tuxedoed birds vie for prime real estate on the sandy shores of Simon’s Town, south of Cape Town, and stir things up. While humans apply sun block and wax their surfboards, these endangered little guys, who have adapted to heat and can travel long distances, are causing traffic jams in the streets and bringing mayhem to this tropical paradise. Their mission: find a mate, make babies and not go extinct!”

Penguin Town is following in the footsteps of several other documentary successes on Netflix. (This includes everything from Life in Color to Our Planet.)

Penguin Town will hit Netflix on June 16. And yes, we’ve already set a calendar reminder.
