When PureWow gets the opportunity to support stories of women who champion corporate industries, we come running. Especially when said opportunities involve food and film, like the following events celebrating Paramount’s new female-led comedy, Like a Boss.
First on the docket was Paramount’s “Business of Beauty Luncheon” at the Little Owl Townhouse, an afternoon of inspiration and delicious bites with host and makeup icon Bobbi Brown. Guests enjoyed creating their own custom lipsticks and getting to know fellow beauty experts and enthusiasts in attendance. Shortly after, PureWow hit the pink carpet at the premiere of the film and had the pleasure of chatting with the comedy’s leading ladies (and man): Rose Byrne, Salma Hayek, Billy Porter, Jennifer Coolidge and Tiffany Haddish—who, by the way, told us she held a potluck every Sunday during filming and even shared her favorite recipe for kale salad.
