Anna Victoria, Instagram star and founder of the Fit Body Guides, is proof: It is possible to fit a workout in even on the busiest of days. Still, she's the first to admit that AM workouts—especially before the sun is up—are the worst. "Early mornings, I go into Zombie Mode because who wants to wake up at 5 a.m.?" she says. "But the more you allow yourself to think about it, the more excuses you'll make." (Based on the number of times we tend to hit snooze, truer words have never been spoken.)
