You Can Now Get a Degree in Masculinity
On a related-ish note... You’ve heard of gender studies and women’s studies; now, get ready for men’s studies. Professor and author Michael Kimmel is spearheading a department at Stony Brook University called the “Center for the Study of Men and Masculinities” after noticing a huge discrepancy in the way American’s perceive what is means to be a man. We can only assume Clooney will guest-lecture.

But you can’t buy it in America. The Grammy winner is testing the fashion waters with JD.com, an e-commerce site that sells only in China. Guess your teenage niece will have to wait on her matching sets.
NETFLIX MAY SOON RAISE ITS PRICES
Remember when Netflix split its DVD and streaming pricing options? And the Internet nearly had a heart attack? Well, gird thy Twitter rants. According to Netflix’s recent earnings call, it will soon announce another price hike to accommodate for its original programming.
SCENT RINGTONES ARE NOW A THING
Beyond just assigning the JAWS theme to your mother-in-law’s calls, you can now also have a waft of coffee wake you up with your alarm. A Japanese company has created a smartphone attachment that spritzes scents for various notifications. (Spoiler alert: Bacon is being added soon.)
