We’re reasonable people, but when it comes to our favorite summer indulgences, we tend to go a little overboard (here’s lookin’ at you, iced coffee). The good news? Turns out some of your guiltiest pleasures aren’t so guilty after all. Here, six ways to feel good about your “vices.”
We love iced coffee more than anything in the universe and would drink it all day every day if we could. But between all the sugar, milk and flavor shots, it’s not our healthiest obsession. A solid compromise on the days you can’t justify the extra calories? A coffee body scrub made with coffee beans, almond oil, vitamin E and sea salt. You came home from work after a particularly annoying day, and nothing--not even the dinner plans you made three weeks ago--could drag you away from the sofa.
