How to Fake a Shower After a Lunchtime Workout

Ah, the midday workout. It breaks up the day, gives you an energy boost and frees up your evenings for more important things (say, catching up on True Detective). There?s only one minor problem--the sweaty post-gym look is a no-go. Here?s how to fake a shower when you don?t have time to rinse off.

1. Cleanse Pat yourself dry with paper towels, then wipe down your face and all your bits with baby wipes (or cleansing cloths if you?re feeling fancy). Just be sure to use a new one as you move from one part of your body to the next.

2. Deodorize Applying deodorant is a given. But go one step further and dust yourself with body powder. Not only will you smell great, it?ll help your clothes go on easier by absorbing any tackiness on the surface of your skin.

3. Degrease Last but not least, spritz some dry shampoo in your hair to absorb excess oils and moisture. After a couple sprays and a few brushes, your hair will look freshly styled.
