Things we like to do alone: Read, Pinterest and binge-watch embarrassing shows.
Things we do not like to do alone: Run more than a mile.
That’s why we’re totally into the idea of running crews, as artfully explained in a new short film from Q, Equinox’s digital magazine.
It documents runners of all levels from London, Paris and New York City, who band together to share their common love of pounding the pavement. The idea is that joining a crew is the ultimate motivation. The reason? You’re way less likely to pump the brakes when surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded athletes.
Between the gorgeous cityscapes (oh, hello, Big Ben) and cooler-than-cool runners (see their fly style on Insta), this is just the push we needed to grab some pals and lace up our sneaks.
