But sometimes studio schedules, commutes, long hours at the office and a host of other factors get in the way of our best efforts to make it to a fitness studio during the week.

You can jump into a group fitness class at appointed times each day or do the workouts on your own, and you can tailor your Grokker experience by tracking your calories, “loving” your favorite videos and saving others to watch later.
